Screenshot of zoomed webpages partially broken

When using Ctrl+Shift+S to take a screenshot of an element or screen region while being zoomed in, the screenshot saved/copied screenshot is cut off. If zoomed out, extra white-space gets added instead. Same is true for the "Save visible" option. However, the "Save full page" option seems to work fine.
