Make the File Upload dialog Case Insensitive

LibreWolf's File Upload Dialog is Case Sensitive and a lowercase 'a' comes after a capital "Z" in the sort order it displays files:

I see no option to change this unwanted sort ordering of file names. I would like it to use case insensitive sorting, where a lowercase 'a' comes before a capital 'Z' and all A's (capital or lowercase) are grouped together. This allows me to located the file (I want to upload) more quickly, especially if I don't have its capitalization memorized!

This should be the default sort behavior because I'm quite sure it will be the sorting preferred by most people. Even if you disagree, there should at least be an option to change this sorting to case insensitive.
