Scheduling API endpoint

Instead of having to access the forms (and login) in a hackish way to automate the scheduling process from tools, we should create an API endpoint to provide such a functionality. The endpoint should be protected behind user API-key access.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
