This commit includes the changes bellow:
1. Rename "waterfall" field to "waterfall_old"
2. Rename "payload" field to "payload_old"
3. The new fields for audio, watefall and data that support S3 storage
4. The necessary changes for supporting both, old and new fields, until data migration
