Frequency Coordination transmitter field
In order to amend the information we have on the transmitters in our DB we should add two fields to specify the frequency coordination:
coordination-type should be a field with the following options:
- ITU requested
- ITU rejected
- ITU coordinated
- IARU requested
- IARU rejected
- IARU coordinated
- Uncoordinated
coordination-link should be a charfield with a link to the coordination.
Both fields should default to Null and not be mandatory (and we should revisit this in the future).
Note: we could probably squash the values to 4 (requested, rejected, coordinated and uncoordinated) eliminating the org that did the coordination as this could be apparent from the link to coordination. Ideas?
