Extend transmitter fields

It would be helpful to add some transmitter database fields into SatNOGS-DB. First thoughts:

• RF bandwidth to apply filters
• CODEC aka protocol type to know which decoding/encoding is needed
• intervals of emissions like beacons or telemetry
• annotation field for additional information
