Exclude invalid transmitters from stats page transmitters counter.

In contrast with the API were we filter invalid transmitters, in stats page we count them in the total number. We should exclude them from the counter in the stats page.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
