HackRF: user running the satnogs container isn’t part of the plugdev group

I have done this on RPI v4 and HackRF as SDR:

1. Installed fresh new RPI image according to SatNOGS instructions
2. Installed fresh new standard SatNOGS docker installation according to SatNOGS instructions $ curl -sfL https://satno.gs/install | sh -s --

Result: HackRF did not work with the Docker installation. See the problem in the thread: https://community.libre.space/t/how-to-install-and-use-hackrf-with-docker-installation/13910

Work around: According to this thread I got the HackRF working: https://community.libre.space/t/how-to-install-and-use-hackrf-with-docker-installation/13910

Prefered solution: It would be very nice if HackRF could work with the standard Docker installation without any word arounds.
