Add support for the new satnogs-client device/stream/tune settings

In gr-soapy the source device and stream arguments API was redesigned (librespacefoundation/gr-soapy!116 (merged)). The flowgraphs were updated to use this new API in satnogs-flowgraphs!11 (merged) and satnogs-client support for the new flowgraph parameters is tracked in satnogs-client#374 (closed).

As soon as the mapping of flowgraph parameters to satnogs-client settings is decided upon in satnogs-client#374 (closed), those new settings should be added to satnogs-client-ansible in roles/satnogs-client/vars/main.yml#L23.
