Add COSMO (Compact Spaceborne Magnetic Observatory) to SatNogs DB
### Satellite name
Compact Spaceborne Magnetic Observatory (COSMO)
### Description
COSMO is a 6U CubeSat, developed by the University of Colorado Aerospace Department and the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics. COSMO will measure the Earth's magnetic fields with quantum magnetometers. COSMO utilizes Rubidium Optically-Pumped Magnetometers to achieve high-accuracy magnetic field scalar and vector measurements on a budget.
