Add COSMO (Compact Spaceborne Magnetic Observatory) to SatNogs DB
Add COSMO (Compact Spaceborne Magnetic Observatory) to SatNogs DB ### Satellite name Compact Spaceborne Magnetic Observatory (COSMO) ### Description COSMO is a 6U CubeSat, developed by the University of Colorado Aerospace Department and the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics. COSMO will measure the Earth's magnetic fields with quantum magnetometers. COSMO utilizes Rubidium Optically-Pumped Magnetometers to achieve high-accuracy magnetic field scalar and vector measurements on a budget. ### Image ![COSMO.png](/uploads/a62bc6d3096defcef8fbd555ab973796/COSMO.png){width=600 height=600} ![COSMO_logo](/uploads/6a8830d01d60ef3508db263eb17095a9/COSMO_logo.png){width=600 height=600} ### UHF Transceiver SpaceQuest TRX-U #### Type Transceiver #### Service 'Space Operation' #### Downlink Frequency 401.2 MHz #### Downlink Mode GMSK 9.6 kbaud #### Dowlink Encoding AX.25 G3RUH #### Uplink Frequency 401.2 #### Uplink Mode GMSK 9.6 kbaud #### Uplink Encoding AX.25 G3RUH ### S-Band Transmitter Clyde Space Pulsar HSTX-C #### Type Transmitter #### Service 'Space Operation #### Downlink Frequency 2222 MHz #### Downlink Mode OQPSK 4 Mbaud #### Downlink Encoding CCSDS ### Comments I would like to ask that a temporary NORAD ID is added for COSMO in the SatNOGs db for the purposes of launch. COSMO will be launching in March on Transporter-16
