Add FOSSASAT-1B to SatNOGS DB

I'd like to request addition of FOSSASAT-1B to the SatNOGS database. Please let me know if any of the information below is incomplete or needs clarification.

Description

FOSSASAT-1B is a second-generation 1P PocketQube by FOSSA Systems, to be launched in Q4 2020/Q1 2021. The satellite is an iteration of the FOSSASAT-1 design, with several improvements to the deployment system and solar panels. The goal of the mission is the continuation of FOSSASAT-1 design of inexpensive, accesible and fully open-source PocketQube design, as well as demonstration of inter-satellite communication between PocketQubes. The satellite also includes amateur radio payloads, such as Morse/GFSK/LoRa beacon and GFSK/LoRa transponder.
