Create anonymized DB dump of Network and DB for migration testing

In order to test some stuff related to unifying satnogs-network and satnogs-db into a unified Postgres+TimescaleDB database, I'd like to have an one-time anonymized (no emails/passwords) dump of the MariaDB databases used for DB and Network. I can accommodate whatever format is most convenient for the dump/export.
