Implement SNR based simulation

Assuming that the input RMS power is known and equals to 1 (signal voltage range of [-1,1]), the effects of path loss can be simulated by adjusting properly the SNR based on the given TX power, TX/RX antenna gains, etc. This will simplify a lot the simulations and the use of gr-leo.

To do this, the samples per symbol and the bits per symbol should be known.
