adding new concept drug is impossible because neither concept Id, nor concept name is accepted.

Issue: In the Toolkit Demo, adding new concept drug is impossible because neither concept Id nor concept name is accepted.

Site Affected: Toolkit Demo

Bug Report Date: March 15, 2019

OS/Browser used: Windows 10 Home/ Chrome: Version 72.0.3626.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Workflow Module: Concept Drug Management

Steps To Reproduce The Bug: In the Demo site, login with id: admin and password: Admin123. Click on Administration from the header. Under the Concept section, click on Manage Concept Drugs. Click on the Add Concept Drug link. On the Concept Drug Management screen, add name and concept.

Expected Behaviour: The concept field should accept the concept if it exists and throw an error if it doesn’t.

What Actually Happened: In the Concept Drug Management, no concepts are accepted, whether you fill its Id or its name. No matches found pops up as error even if the concept exists.

Relevant Screenshots: When concept is filled using concept name, it gives No matches found as the error. withname

Similar error is given, when the concept is filled using Concept ID. withid

Bug Severity: Blocker-Module function ceases at this point
