Major changes in Compare Hospitals Functionality

As Medicare API have changed & new APIs are not supporting our App functionality to Compare Hospitals. I have saved the file with data in assets https://data.cms.gov/provider-data/sites/default/files/resources/26bd86bfeec84feac08b85dc8616805e_1603488863/xubh-q36u.csv inside App
Now whenever users wants to compare hospitals app compares from this data which is stored locally inside app. I have changed completely the compare hospitals functionality, I have rewritten the code for that.
I have tested app & its working perfectly now.
@robbyoconnor @muarachmann Please review this so that I can proceed with its release on fdroid
