LibreHealth EHR: Change appointments to future appointments

You must have completed the Become a part of the community task prior to completing any others!

First, clone the code from GitHub

Change "Appointments" in the demographics screen to "Future Appointments".

This change will be made in the \interface\patient_file\summary\demographics.php

Submit your work as a pull request to LibreHealth EHR GitHub, along with a screenshot.
