Identify and fix typos and grammatical mistakes in README files in the main 3 projects.: LibreHealth Toolkit, LibreHealth EHR, and LibreHealth Radiology. Please submit your fixes as a Merge request. LibreHealth EHR uses GitHub, that will be done as a pull request there.
