LibreHealth Radiology: Create a list of other open source products dealing with radiology

We love to work with other open source projects especially those trying to improve radiology care. Please create a list of other organizations including:

1. A one paragraph summary of what they do
2. Link to their home page and social media
3. Mailing list

There is no need to include OpenMRS Radiology Module as LibreHealth Radiology is a fork of it..
