LibreHealth Toolkit: Patient Dashboard - Implement patient search component

Task Instructions

Using a framework of choice, implement a patient search component (searching by name and Patient ID). Use your locally implemented Toolkit instance or you may use our demo's Web Services REST API to complete this.
