Unix sockets are not cleaned up after Eduprox is stopped
Currently, if you run Eduprox bound to a Unix socket of the same path twice without manually cleaning up the Unix socket in-between, Eduprox will panic on the second run. This is due to that the Unix socket does not cleaned up after the first run. My understanding is that the way to go about this is to either remove the socket if it already exists when running a second time or clean it up on shutdown. The latter is definitely cleaner, but I imagine it might not always happen if Eduprox is killed, so it might be better to do it before connecting to ensure reliability.
