Add ability for Identifiers to have underscores

Currently, identifiers cannot have underscores in accordance with the ECSS standard. However, permitting identifiers is one way to address librecube/prototypes/python-pluto-parser#11 (moved), the current workaround has been to exclusively rely on Camel Case for Identifiers names.
