Provide a way to track unsupported devices

Some devices added in very old OSes may just be deprecated or even removed in new OSes and osinfo-db should have a way to expose that to its consumers.

One suggestion that came up is just adding a new attribute to the device element, something towards the lines of "deprecated" that will be "no" by default, but can be set to "yes" when needed.
