Licensing question

We have created this new project that part of LiberaForms.

In the LICENSE directory we have included the AGPL and MIT licenses just as you did here. liberaforms@5298e341

This has caused some confusion. People ask why we add the MIT license to the directory. So, I have added a README to the folder.
