Nan Eigenvector Components from Zero matrix with ComputationInfo == Success

Asking for an eigendecomposition of a zero matrix results in eigenvectors that are a mix of the unit (identity) basis and NaN component values.

Since the eigenvectors of a zero matrix are undefined this result is acceptable.

However, the ComputationInfo result returns "Success" when a non success status (such as NumericalIssue) seems more appropriate and helpful.
