Last commit does not compile for android.

There are several errors in NEON/PacketMath.h after the last commit to master yesterday:

• Packetc in line 2572 does not exist (should be Packet8c)
• In Line 5746 a bunch of stuff is just missing. Same a bit below.

There might be more.
