Eigen 3.4.0 checksum change causes Bazel failure

I don't know who maintains the bazel central registry entry (no maintainer is listed) for eigen. If it's unrelated to the eigen project, please let me know.

The issue I have is that the release checksum has changed for eigen 3.4.0 which is not reflected in the bazel central registry entry. For manual downloads or systems where I could control the checksum this wouldn't be a problem but I've yet to find a workaround on the bazel side. I've tried multiple times as suggested in #2919 (closed).
