Changelog in root directory in source tree

Maybe I miss file but if it is not the case, it could be great to have a changelog in repo to track major modifications. I know that https://eigen.tuxfamily.org/index.php?title=ChangeLog#Eigen_3.4.0 exists but it does not reflect master and history is now too big...

Thanks for Eigen (release 4.0 date ?)
