File contents of already released eigen-3.4.zip have changed

Summary

The hash of the file eigen-3.4.zip seems to have changed over night.

It's SHA1 hash used to be ee201b07085203ea7bd8eb97cbcb31b07cfa3efb but is now 123c29af62216a70611d8b826c0e57c361c9a49f. Furthermore, it's not just the hash that has changed, but it's also the contents of the source files that are different, for example:

I stumbled upon this because building the following project worked fine yesterday, but is no longer working today, as the validation of the hash fails: https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/blob/main/cmake/deps.txt#L19
