3.4.1 branch?

Hello everyone, first of all many thanks for all the work on Eigen!

I noticed that recently a 3.4.1 branch ( https://gitlab.com/libeigen/eigen/-/tree/3.4.1 ) was added to the repo. I was wondering if indeed that indicates a 3.4.1 release. I guess this is not the case as releases are marked as tags, but I preferred anyhow to ask to be sure. Thanks a lot in advance for the answer!
