The crate `commit-spam` does not belong in the category `twitter`
Hi.
This crate https://lib.rs/crates/commit-spam does not interact with twitter, the developer just mentioned twitter in passing in the crate description.
It would appear that categories are assigned by algorithm. This reduces the utility of the category feature.. My suggestion: allowing user- or administrator-submitted categories would help. Also the concept of "not-categories" would help. For example, the algorithm finds the word "twitter" in the description of this crate, but a human could add "twitter" to the list of not-categories.
