This addresses issue #5.

There is a lot in this change:
 * ljson-util has get and get-in implementations which are similar to ej's data
   extraction functions (well, more similar to Clojure's -- but they replace
   the ej functionality)
 * ej's exact syntax has *not* been preserved; this is a breaking change; that
   being said, the new usage/syntax is easier to type and generally more clear
   (in particular, this is the ljson:get functions for extracting nested data)
 * jiffy's decode has been replaced with jsx's decode; the data structures are
   somewhat different, but this change has attempted to make this change as
   transparent to users as possible; it is not certain that this was altogether
   successful (but one hopes ...)
 * EXPM has been removed (it no longer exists)
 * The minor version number was bumped.
