To organize the task we used [trello](https://www.trello.com).
This allowed us to use the [Kanban Workflow](https://www.atlassian.com/agile/kanban/boards) digitally.
We created the three basic columns for this method.
- Things to do
- Doing
- Done
And added a third one
- Optional
Which is basically like "Things to do" but with a lower priority.
By organizing and writing down everything we make sure we do everything that needs to be done and we don't step on each other's work.
