Number 1 hit graph too large to view
I've run dbgwas on 50 samples of S. aureues. I get a massive graph back as the number one hit. Unfortunately this graph is so big (175k nodes) I cant visualise it. Only 23k of the nodes are positive and only 10,755 are exclusively found in one phenotype. I've played around with increasing the -maf (upto 0.5) and SFF (-q3) but the file is still massive any ideas how I could remove some of the rare unsignificant nodes or even split up the graph?
