Build for official Fedora repos

I managed to build few python packages like python-injector and python-py3nvml which required for GWE so now everything build and works great in Fedora, but using internet connection during build process is not allowed in official repos and all sources should been specified in .spec file, so no git clone --recurse-submodules.

COPR for GWE which i used everyday works perfectly for me. Just wish if this awesome app was in official repos. Can you help me with this and what we can do in this case? 🙂
