VRAM Usage differs from NVIDIA X Server Settings

I have verified that I am using the latest version of GreenWithEnvy (GWE)
Step 2: Describe your environment

0.15.6
- Installed from source/Flatpak/AUR/other (specify):
Flatpak
- Distribution name and version (e.g. Ubuntu 18.10):
Linux Mint 21.3
- Desktop Environment (e.g. Gnome 3.30):
Cinnamon
- NVIDIA driver version (e.g. 415.27):
550.67
- CoolBits value (4, 8, 12, ..., don't know):
don't know
- GPU (e.g. Asus Strix OC 1080 Ti):
GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 1660 SUPER 6G
Step 3: Describe the problem:
The VRAM usage is not the same as reported by NVIDIA X Server Settings and CPU-X
Steps to reproduce:
- Open NVIDIA Settings
- Open GWE
- Compare the VRAM usage
Observed Results:
- Memory inaccuracy
Expected Results:
- Same Memory report as other tools.
