No fan control on 3090

Step 3: Describe the problem:
Steps to reproduce:
- Open GWE
- Set and apply fan profile
Observed Results:
- No change to fan speed
Expected Results:
- Change to fan speed according to my profile
Notes
I am able to manually change the fan speed using nvidia-settings
, but only if I run the program as root. I installed gwe using a user
flag and I run it as my regular user.
