Remove submit button from vote page

In order try and speed up the time it takes for a user to vote We want to move to a single click to vote

We can measure this by tracking how long a user is on the voting page before submitting their vote

WHEN they click on a vote button (0-5)

THEN submit their vote AND take user to results page
