[Improvement] Some small imrovements for the Instrument part

Some small ideas/improvement to be implemented in the instrumentation part:

• Move Entry type to setup (maybe move to supervisor?) (Ok - just supervisor and StudentAdmn can edit)
• Template should remember entry type (and PPM should remember measurement type) (Ok)
• Provide an overview of all entries in the instrument menu (Ok)
• On entry creation, it might be nice to return to list or add a ESS and later a PPM option to the entry menu. (Ok - Added EES new to menu)
• Instrument back bottom for journal entry should maybe change depending, if return to instrument overview or entry list. (Seems ok - Entry always returns to JEntry list)
• Add an hide bottom to the associated journal entry types as this list can get very long. Might also be good for default templates (maybe hide as default). (Ok)
• None should be said and not just be an empty choice in the instrument tap (Ok)
• Add "New instrument" plus sign at end of instrumentation table? (Ok)
• Add "Other" as instrument and entry type (Not needed as None is used as None?Other)
• Associated PPM of instrument has to become a datatable (as this might get very long) (Ok - PPM is ordered after time)
