Circle by center and radius

I use an old version of CADdigitize: release 0.1, which allows me do draw a circle with defined radius ("circle by center and radius"). This feature ist very helpful for my work but it seems to be lost in new releases of CADdigitize as well as in QGIS 3.X

It would be nice to have that feature again.
