Tape Extraction Status

Tapes that won't extract with tito.c:

1. 169285.tape. This is a bad tape with issues with back10. It has some readable data with back10 but gives a "Record too short" error with tito.c.

Tapes that do work:

1. 169249.tape. Extracts and produces a folder called sys.
2. 169269.tape. Contains data for M33.
