USFM filenames - numerical prefix convention

I looked at the USFM folder for two of the projects and was surprised to see that the filenames have unexpected numerical prefices. e.g. 03_Genesis.usfm

We would advise to use the numbers tabled in the Identification table in the USFM 2.4 User Reference.

btw. Observe carefully that even though it's 39_MAL there's a gap such that it's 41_MAT.
