Feature enhancement: notification of new MR

Current evolution of the extension has a badge notifier of pending MR that require attention... Could you add to the back ground script a notifier (audio (short tone) or visual (toaster style in corner of screen)) when a new MR comes in? Notifier should be toggled on/off... and audio / visual could be toggled separately
