pseudo: looking for obsolete Fortran modules of libXC

Trying to build pseudo fails, because when it looks for libXC, 2 Fortran modules (xc_f90_types_m and libxc_funcs_m) are missing.

Note: at some point these modules were missing due to a bug in CMakeList.txt, but it has been fixed.

These modules do not exist any more, be it in 5.2.3 or in 6.0.0.
