Login Page not render correctly

Summary

The login.php File will not render correctly.

Steps to reproduce

~$ ./setup.sh
~$ ./install.sh

What is the current bug behavior?

If you go to the login.php Page it will not render correctly and will print a Error on the Chrome JS Console.
