Support text-input v3, input-method v2 and virtual-keyboard v1

  • Remove external input method servers.
  • Split out internal test library for better testing our changes.
  • Add a helper object to input::platform to support input method v2.
  • Add support for virtual keyboard protocol. Internal input devices are created on request.
  • Drop temporary Wrapland build commit for the CI pipeline
