StoneVoices DReverb 2.1 crashes Element on Mac: 1.0.0 (build 278 ARM) and 0.46.6 (Intel)

I had difficulty with the interface of the audio unit, VST3 was also troublesome, so primarily used the VST. Tested in both /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins and ~/Library

Steps to Duplicate:

• Install DReverb VST on the system. It's unsigned so 'xattr' command to bypass quarantine.
• Open a new session in Element standalone and scan in Plugin Manager for DReverb 2.
• Add Stone Voices DReverb2 to session workspace and Open the Dreverb2 plugin window.
• Close the DReverb2 plugin window and left click on the Graph surface.

Crashy crash 100% of the time. Sample rate and buffer size seem to have no bearing on the outcome.
