simplesamlphp v2 support

Currently the module is only listed as supporting v1.18. https://gitlab.com/kroskolii/simplesamlphp-module-sentry/-/blob/main/composer.json#L21 Now that 2.0 is released it should be added to the list of supported versions. I believe this module still works in v2 without any code changes.
