Minor fix to HTTP util, and AddressBook unit-test cleanup.

Brings coverage for client/address_book/impl.cc to 95% function / 68+% line coverage.

Brings coverage for client/address_book/storage.cc to 100% function / 89+% line coverage.

Remaining uncovered impl function requires a timeout to expire.
