evolution-data-server (libebook-contacts) dependency

Hello, Chris! Thank you for the project! 🙂 I'm thinking about the KDE Plasma Mobile Dialer client (Qt-based VVM Player, here're my findings).

Not an issue probably, just interested in your thoughts. In theory, could libebook-contacts dependency be targeted from evolution-data-server to not deploy all the evolution-related dependencies for the KDE environment? 🤔 I'm willing to contribute if it makes sense, just not very familiar with the GTK/Gnome side, so would be happy to receive feedback about my reasoning. 🤗
