A few days ago I pushed a DBRev for which my computer (macOS, weird behavior) didn't respect the 755 permissions. The QA tools didn't catch that (inside the container). Today I pushed [bug 17499](https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=17499) and the `qa` script didn't catch problems with 5 new tests files. The only thing in common: the files were created and renamed on the patchset.
